Be a part of the Love For Lewiston SMA Community! Registration is free and required for all funding requests. All community members will receive up-to-date information on our initiatives, newsletters, events and funding information.

SMA Community Registration
Love For Lewiston brings the joy wherever we can. We invest a dedicated number of funds annually to support SMA families in ways they need it most, from power wheelchairs, walkers, physical therapy, life saving medical equipment like cough assist machines, and bipaps to respite care, portal ramps and elevators and accessible vehicles. These are all basic items for these families that unfortunately do not have a basic price tag. By registering as an SMA community member you can then apply for funding using the online application.
Applications are reviewed quarterly by the foundation. Funding Applications for Q1 is now CLOSED.
Applications are now OPEN for Q2 - 2024. The application deadline for Q2 is June 14, 2024. Please note that communication regarding application status will be received 3-4 weeks after the closing date. If your need is urgent, please note it on the application and our board will review at our earliest opportunity.
